Ameer Alexander

Ameer Alexander graduated from Florida A&M University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing. Prior to graduating, Ameer began a career in 2009 as a real estate investor though he had been studying real estate since 2005.  Ameer accepted a brief 7-month internship with a local real estate investor shortly before he graduated. This slowly transitioned into him founding Majestic Homes and incorporated in May 2010.  In the inception, Ameer primarily negotiated short sales for investors defaulted homeowners and developers. While negotiating short sales, Ameer also gained experience wholesaling residential real estate; he later transitioned into residential redevelopment and acquired rental properties. Today, Majestic Homes redevelops primary residential properties, and has done some multi-family redevelopment as well. To date, our commercial properties have been in the multifamily sector. Additionally, we currently own and manage our own rental portfolio. The principal Ameer Alexander currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida where Majestic Homes is headquartered. Ameer loves to spend time with his family in doing various outdoor activities.
